SUMMARY
Kdenlive doesn't create proxy for the first clip inserted if you accept to
change the profile
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Kdenlive
2. Import a video different from the current profile (e.g. a FullHD video in a
720p profile
3. Accept to change the profile
OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive seems to work to create the proxy, it signs the clip with the "P" but
the proxy is not created
EXPECTED RESULT
Kdenlive should create the proxy

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you refute to change the project profile the proxy is created.
ADDITION RELATED BUG:
Even when the proxy is created if you don't accept to change the profile, in
the properties hamburger menu Kdenlive open the original video, not the proxy
one.
