While I see your argument, I think there is no, absolutely zero, gain in
opening a new window after _creating_ an archive. Extracting could be debated,
but I don't see why anyone would expect creating a new archive to open a new
window. Even more so with cancelling an ongoing operation.

If it can be disabled, but only by altering other behaviour of dolphin with the
same setting, then I'd consider that a bug that needs fixing. And if there is a
setting which does alter this and only this behaviour, I think the default
setting should be "do not open a new window", since I don't see the use case of
opening one after creating an archive or cancelling an archive process.
