Currently the fps varies between 45 and 55 and the cursor movement is still
laggy.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. set display scale to 125% in Display Configuration KCM
3. logout and login
4. move the mouse pointer over icons on desktop
