Discover shows various packages to upgrade - sometimes just "up to date" and sometimes a list. There are no packages that show up in that list that remain after an install. I always click the box to do an immediate reboot and think this machine is on manual software updates. I regret i did not capture the message that showed up on the wine update. i'll try deleting and reinstalling that package to see if the situation resolves itself. If there is somewhere else I need to look or a command line query to get the info you are looking for in 'apt list --upgradable' - please let me know.
