Previously kwin had experimental support for modifier only shortcuts. In 6.1 we added the functionality to kglobalacceld, where it better belongs, and additionally added support for multi-modifier modifier-only shortcuts. Afterwards, we removed the modifier only shortcuts code from kwin.
