[plasmashell] [Bug 492456] When the floating effect of the panel is enabled, the bottom part of the application in the maximized window is hidden.

Thanks for the info. I can reproduce it too. Problem is with the always visible
setting. If it's the case it should be fixed in Plasma 6.2.0
