[plasmashell] [Bug 492456] When the floating effect of the panel is enabled, the bottom part of the application in the maximized window is hidden.

Can you upload a screenshot of your panel settings? It looks like me you have
selected "Windows go Below" option for the visibility. If so choose some other
option there.
