SUMMARY
Display Configuration settings are not retained on logoff/restart
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings > Display Configuration
2. adjust arrangement, adjust refresh rate, Apply
3. logoff/restart
OBSERVED RESULT
the settings are not saved after logoff/restart
EXPECTED RESULT
settings should be retained, screen arrangement & refresh rate should be what i
set them to before logging off/restarting
