Hello,

I found a bug that global menu sometime remains visible when Flatpak
application without global menu support is opened.

I can reproduce it in the following way:

1. Open RPM version of 1Password > Global Menu of 1Password is visible
2. Open Flatpak version of Brave Browser > Global Menu of 1Password remains
visible

(Brave itself don't support global menu)
