Her is the first list of applications oxygen breaks and a description how. 
(For your comment below). When will they be fixed? They are broken since ages.

Sorry i have real problems understanding that sentence. But i can guess some 
of the intendend meaning and so won't insist on a clarification.

And until then it is broken. This is the wrong way around. IFF that feature is 
there you should enable the "Drag windows from all empty areas'. Until then 
you BREAK code which is something we do not do in kde. At leats that was my 
understanding.

Until then the "Drag windows from titlebar, menubar and toolbars" is the only 
rational choice.

I have problems with understanding this sentence too. The 26 applications is a 
statement from todd. He got it out of bugzilla. Same thread todd tme Friday  
as an answer to parker coates.

The vast majority of applications is from you and you probably mean to get 
more specific here.

And don't forget the list from above. For your convenience all dockwidget 
using applications (Kontact, Kmail, kdevelop, dolphin, konqueror ... ) ...
