Hello, I've talked to the release team and since Krusader is not part of KDE Applications, it releases on it's own.
Here's a guide I've been given on how to release: http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/PIM/Akonadi/Release_Howto Most people I have asked have agreed with me that in order to receive more feedback for the current version you should release. Don't expect people to compile it. You've mentioned that you think it's stable for daily use, so in that case Go for it!
