yes, needs to be done for cups, avahi and dbus, I'll do that later this week

no. "Software Installation" profile is needed for right function
pkgtool/pkgbuild tools (CBE 1.7). %pre %post macros being run during install
time with root privileges. "User Management is not usefull for ths case.
