We are providing stdcxx *support*, but we do not provide the library itself. -library=stdcxx4 makes it easier to link with OS-provided library, and thats it. It assumes the library being installed as per the ARC case: http://arc.opensolaris.org/caselog/PSARC/2008/549/proposal_v2.txt with headers being located in /usr/include/stdcxx4 and the library in /usr/lib. The library itself should be available in SXCE/OpenSolaris already. Stefan might know more about its availability. > > What's the scoop? If you have any problems with -library=stdcxx4 itself feel free to file compiler bugs, which will likely be addressed in a patch. regards, Fedor. > > A+ > Paul > -- > Paul Floyd http://paulf.free.fr > _______________________________________________ > kde-discuss mailing list > kde-discuss at opensolaris.org > http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-discuss
