Hi, I'd like to have all the KDE* patches pushed to upstream - have a bug filed for the issue they cover and a patch attached to the bug report, unless it's an ugly hack or has some licensing problem - but even then it makes sense to at least file the bug. When the bug is filed, the bug number should be in a comment in the corresponding spec file.
