0.5.3 is in Dude. I cannot find any reference to FOSSlibtunepimp as a Requires 
anywhere, so I don't think we actually use it. Is there some specific need for

I'd suggest leaving it as it is, which is "unused." I imagine that the 
kdemultimedia functionality will get ported to libmusicbrainz 3 at some point 
-- probably KDE 4.3?

On FreeBSD at least, this port is still maintained. As Stefan said, we need a 
workaround, but that's probably just leaving tunepimp unused -- in any case 
when (if?) the RDF webservice goes away and tunepimp stops working, that's a 
runtime thing.
