going back through my archives, it appears that at one point, libtunepimp
was a dependency for qt, though it appears that not for 4.4.1 or 4.4-copy.

I'm not sure the issue of being maintained on FreeBSD has any relevance,
unless they made libtunepimp use mpg4v2.

Given that it's out of qt and the honchos at kde-multimedia are looking at
a wholesale replacement, I think we can put this to rest, unless there's
some overwhelming reason to fix libtunepimp.  I thought we might be using
this.
