I'd like some of our installed versions to move up in the world; in particular
I'd like to declare nv70b Too Old (tm) and bump the minimum to nv83. The
reason for picking nv83 is that that is what is running on my home workstation
and I am antsy about upgrading from there. An alternative would be nv91 or
nv92 -- those are the last versions before things got screwy, apparently, on
SPARC and/or with Xorg.

On nv70b, we're missing some xcursor things which make the kdebase build fail
on dillon - this is kind of annoying, but it can be worked around.

What do people think? Is bumping the minimum going to be problematic for
folks? I know it gives Gerard something to do with Dillon, he won't be pleased
about that.
