Just finished compiling and installing from kde4-specs (changeset:128:f6e93c487b3f) on a laptop with snv_101 and all went well. I'm posting this using konqueror. As warning to others, when building kresources/groupwise make sure you have memory and/or a good swap area configured as it uses a lot of memory. My laptop has 1.5G + 1G swap and it crawled to almost a halt when paging in/out for too many minutes due to: PID USERNAME SIZE RSS STATE PRI NICE TIME CPU PROCESS/NLWP 19382 horacek 981M 884M sleep 60 0 0:00:30 2.4% ir2hf/1 ... 19310 /opt/dtbld/bin/make -f kresources/groupwise/soap/CMakeFiles/gwsoap.dir/build.ma -19377 /bin/sh -c cd /sdhc/build/BUILD/kdepim-4.1.0/build-kdepim-4.1.0/kresources/grou --19378 /usr/bin/CC -library=no%Cstd -DTest1Area=5121 -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGE_F ---19382 /opt/SUNWspro/prod/bin/ir2hf /tmp/iropt.19378.3.ir /tmp/ccfe.19378.1.s /tmp/ir2 Other than that, integration to the login manager is a nice touch, necessary as well. -Marcelo -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
