It's an issue introduced by my quick-and-dirty CBEcmake 2.6.2 specfile which
is in kde4-specs(-dev). You could turn the cmake version warning down to
2.6.0 to prevert people from installing the newer cmake one or add the patch
from CBE.
I don't know how to affect CBE directly.
