Haven't had time to figure out what has been going on with gnutls in the hg-dev repo, so I've been slugging around the dude version, because it was building. I ended up taking a look at it because of another failure, and then verified on another system to be sure.
For the 64-bit version, it builds cleanly, the libgnutls-extras and libgnutls-openssl link against /opt/foss/lib/amd64/libgnutls.so. good. The 32-bit version does not. the libgnutls-extras and libgnutls-openssl libraries link against /usr/lib/libgnutls.so.6. I assume that there is some "massaging" that libtool needs to be doing, which is to put /usr/lib at the end of the link path (or so I understand). Thoughts? Ben
