TT knows this; I've blogged it and/or complained in the right places. Issues 
remain; generally you can get the patches from Dude -- some of them have been 
pushed upstream though, so it's really time to update Qt in there and remove 
the "old" patches.

Steps to get there are: fetch a 4.4.0 tarball, unpack it in dude in the right 
place (I think it's gtar xvzf qt*.tar.gz --strip-path=1) and sort out the 
Solaris/*.sh afterwards. In theory

cd SPECS
pfexec pkgrm FOSSqt
make clean-qt
make build-qt

is the right invocation.
