A brief test on my SunRay says that this is sufficient: chown root:bin /opt/kde-4.0/lib/kde4/libexec/kcheckpass chmod 4755 /opt/kde-4.0/lib/kde4/libexec/kcheckpass On the SR, it blanks the screen and shows a dialog to unlock. On a local display, though, the screen is not blanked. That seems like a bug. [ade]
