With Studio? I suspect it must be with gcc. > I see some conflicting info from those who have made progress with KDE > 4.0b2 building so wondering if we can build out a table on what build > environments used and what KDE source tarballs have passed using Sun > Studio 12 on Solaris 10 and/or SXCE/SXDE. > > kdeaccessibility-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdeaddons-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdeadmin-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdeartwork-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdebase-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdebase-workspace-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdebindings-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdeedu-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdegames-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdegraphics-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdelibs-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdemultimedia-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdenetwork-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdepim-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdepimlibs-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdesdk-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdetoys-3.93.0.tar.bz2 > kdeutils-3.93.0.tar.bz2 Are all of these passing? Or do you want a table of what passes out of these? I think it's a good idea to make a table, and get a handle on what actually does compile and what doesn't. Stefan would probably have the best idea, however, several of the packages that Stefan putback to CVSDude are required for KDE packages, so wouldn't show up in a table for the above, AFAIK. They are needed, like faac is needed for kdemultimedia. -- Alan DuBoff - Solaris x86 IHV/OEM Group
