I deleted /opt/csw/bin from the PATH, but firefox still does not start.
This holds true even for a fresh user account (=> no existing config files).
So I did "yes|pkgrm $(pkginfo|awk '$2~/^CSW.+/ {print $2}')" and later today I
will check if GNOME and firefox are working again.
What is the recommended PATH setup? I still want to use some of the CSW
software; when I know I can't install any gtk+ lib, I can live with that. What
really matters to me is GNU xargs, because it can run jobs concurrently.
Hopefully the findutils do not depend on gtk+.

Yes, I've read and downloaded that already when I was posting my question. But
it's not a "trusted SW repository"... Maybe I'm too paranoid. I will install
it in a separate evaluation zone, like all additional SW from now on.
Shame on me that I did not do that from the start.
