On dillon, we now have:
1) kdesupport, kdelibs, built with some patches (in cvsdude)
2) kdepimlibs built without patches
3) kdebase builds to 98%. kdm needs some love because Solaris has utmpx but
not all of the functions that implies (or is expected to imply) and the kdm
code is derived from xdm and is a heap of excruciating hacks. The big blocker
for kdebase is a crash in automoc, which has trouble building the fonts kcm
because it falls over something in stdcxx. This needs to be heavily traced to
find out what moc processes are actually being started.
So we're about || this far from having a working basic KDE4 desktop, we just
need to deal with two really ugly things.
[ ah, and xine, which will re-introduce phonon to the mix. ]
