With the current set of FOSS packages in CVSDude -- r.657, since there were
some critical Qt packaging fixes -- kdesupport from KDE SVN compiles (using
the Build/ infrastructure, which contains a few leftover patches that won't
go upstream. This is not the boost-ified Strigi, though).

kdelibs needs some handholding to find giflib in /opt/foss; I don't know how
it fares after that.

The rest (pimlibs, base, pim), obviously, has not been checked recently.

There are various issues in kdesupport related to missing dependencies,
weirdness, etc. Here are some quotes from the configure log:

-- WARNING! - SPARQL ASK queries are broken in rasqal <= 0.9.14. It is
recommended to update to at least version 0.9.15.
-- Redland version less than 1.0.6:
-- The redland serializer plugin will not be built!
-- Cannot find Exiv2 library!

So there are some things to attack for dependencies over the holidays. Exiv is
in dude, so it should be fairly straightforward.
