my $.02 is that if Qt is being delivered with STDCXX and they aren't delivered separately it's a moot point.
Building against our Qt implies building against STDCXX then. Particularly if we can get the compiler group on board to use it as default ( in which case building a C++ app implies building against our version of stdcxx )
