Having a new version of libCstd.so based on the open sourced
RogueWave/Apache Standard C++ Library is certainly feasible. Studio 12
already fully supports substituting the existing libCstd.so for
<some-other-Standard-C++-Library>, and the RogueWave/Apache StdC++
seems a logical choice, given that the existing libCstd.so is also
based on RogueWave.
