Not really a bug, as Stephan pointed out, the docs are indeed valid, just not
in the optimal place in CVS.
Moving things would be too intrusive during the 3.2 freeze, but audiocd should
indeed be moved out to kdemultimedia. The others are difficult, the code for
them is in kdelibs, but the docs aren't useful until kio_help and kinfocenter
are built. They should probably be moved to kdelibs in any case, so I'm
marking this for "Later" so I can move them around after 3.2 is released.
