[kde-doc-english] [Bug 62090] "apply KDE settings to non-KDE apps" is referred to, has been changed to 'apply colors' in a different kcm.

Just to make things clearer I think this refers to the kcontrol internal help 
for the colors module, not the manual. ( Index Search _Help_ ) The manuual is 
fixed AFAIK.
