Arcpatched and compiled and I was getting an overly transparent Breeze Dark: F8094138: image.png <https://phabricator.kde.org/F8094138> It was only when I turned Contrast Effect off and then on again that I was seeing what's in the test plan. We should still investigate this because I also reproduced it in a different install.
