Something like that, but in your pseudo-code I'm missing the call to
emit self()->reparseSlaveConfiguration(QString());
"Other slaves" confuses me. This is about broadcasting to "other processes"
(applications), and that each process/application (this one, and then all
others) talk to their slaves.
And I wasn't clear either. There isn't really any splitting to do. Just
removing the bool and the bool check, based on your assessment that
"slotReparseSlaveConfiguration() is not called via the DBus signal".
