I'm not sure what made the K-Menu pop up on Win in the past - I'm pretty convinced KKeyChooser always insisted on modifier keys being modifier keys only. However, there has been pretty much (un-)usability cleanup going on between 3.3 and 3.4 with regard to keyboard shortcuts (for example KKeyChooser will not allow single-key shortcuts anymore at all!), so this might be just one of the features which have been axed.

I had configured the Windows key shortcut myself under 3.3 (or maybe even back at 3.2.) Quite a bummer that single-key shortcuts aren't allowed anymore. Where should I file a bug report saying that it's a stupid idea?
