Hi,

I allways forget send this to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Can this be worked for next 
release?

This can stop kde ports build/install using root/user config.

A little OT. I remember NetBSD pkgsrc uses to define $HOME under
 $WRKDIR to not take root/user config in the build/install.  This maybe
 of interest.
