[kde-freebsd] flash freebsd kde

i followed the instructions to get flash to work with kde for 5.3 or newer, 
but it still isnt working.  i cant seem to find the plugins section of 
konqueror...i can get to configure konqueror, but there is no plugins tab 
that i have seen, im using kde 3.3.0 and the links dont work for the 
screenshots for the flash instructions either...
