HI, I have a hard time starting KDE on my newly installed FreeBSD 5.3 box (i386). I have xorg 6.8.2 and KDE 3.3.0. I created an .xinitrc file and added exec startkde into it. When I startx, xorg starts up then I get the following message : "Could not start kdeinit. Check your installation". Which I did. I have kdeinit in /usr/local/bin and the kdelibs package is installed. Rebooting doesn't help. Any idea ? Edward
