Surely you can just compile it yourself outside of ports?
It never occurred to me that I could do this - because I assumed that Qt 4 needed actual porting, that it would not compile under FreeBSD straight away. Thanks for pointing out that that's not the case.
Qt4 won't be in ports by next week, that much is for sure. I will make an effort to get it in before the end of november.
