Like Lauri said, we'll probably continue singling out applications on a
case by case basis. An application is a hot candidate for being split
out into a single port if it is both

- completely or almost completely independent of other applications or
libraries in the module it ships in
- so dependency heavy that a significant share of all the external
dependencies of a module are in fact dependencies of that one application.

I personally would love to split up Koffice, unfortunately there are
quite some buildtime in-module dependencies between the different
Koffice applications (especially the shared import/export filter system
is troublesome there).
