That it cannot use the ispell dictionary.

I sort of misunderstood your report at first - I thought that the actual
ispell dictionary worked when aspell is installed (that would have been
a funky bug indeed), but now that I read it again it's probably just
kspell falling back on aspell when the ispell dictionary fails (the
failure is still a bug though).

In any case: Ispell dictionaries not working and suggestions for
documentation enhancements is both material for bugs.kde.org - there are
no KOffice developers on this list. :)
