In 3.5.1, the red-x-icon didn't give the context menu, which was what I was trying to say in my frst email. Happily, it's fixed in 3.5.2 (I did send an email to say that, but accidently only sent it to Adrian, not the list). Stopping the anti-pop-up-pop-ups seems to work OK, but I was trying to do the opposite in this case & allow pop-ups for a bulletin board site. This feature has always been broken for me and I reported a bug on the kde site last year (Bug 109767), but it was marked as a duplicate of another, similar report, which is still unconfirmed If you can remember the site you went to the other day, I wonder, if you get time at some stage, wether you could see if adding that domain to the allowed list in the Javascript settings dialogue allows the pop-ups to appear. It would be nice to see this problem replicated by someone else. Cheers, -- Ian Moore gpg key: http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~imoore/imoore-swift.asc
