I have checked my setting and I already have "Apply colors to non-KDE
applications" selected.

And I tried to install superkaramba as well and found that their
plugin's button are black icon as well.

Is there anything that I can try?

These settings don't apply to Firefox or Thunderbird, since those
applications don't use KDE's UI toolkit (they use gtk).

You might want to try and experiment with the "Use KDE colors in non-KDE
applications" checkbox in Control Center/Appearance & Themes/Colors to
see if that has any effect.
