Note that having a kdesupport cmake module for this won't really help as you don't want these modules installed in 99% of the cases. Installing such a module comes at a cost, which is keeping source compat for it for the lifetime of KDE as other projects outside of KDE svn/git might be using it. So if there's a module with cmake module files you need to pull it into each git repo (and source package) in some way (manually or by using git submodules).
