My client is sending Solicit messages with a DUID-EN as the
Client ID and with a Rapid Commit option. The Kea server
seems to be ignoring the messages.
Does Kea support DUID-EN and/or Rapid Commit? If not,
what will the Kea server do if it receives one of these?
