population in Indonesia is looking for qualified
national candidates to fill in the following positions
in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province as below:
1. Field Coordinator Sigli (to be based in Sigli) -
Code FCS
2. Field Coordinator Lhokseumawe (to be based in
Lhokseumawe) - Code FCL
3. Finance Officer (to be based in Banda Aceh) - Code
FO BA
4. Admin - Logistic Officer (to be based in Banda
Aceh) - Code AL BA
5. Logistic Assistant - Driver (to be based in Banda
Aceh) - Code LAD BA
General Requirements:
- University Degree in economy, social sciences or
other relevant field (except for position 5);
- Knowledgeable and proven experience of community
based projects, including participatory methodology
and economic development, preverably with INGOs;
- Capacity to think strategically, to identify
advocacy themes and to develop programmes in new
directions (for position 1 & 2)
- Excellent English writing skills and familiarity
with budgeting using MS Word and Excel;
- Organized and detail-oriented with multi-tasking
abilities in planning, implementing and monitoring
complex projects
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Very strong interpersonal qualities, sense of
initiatives
- Strong motivation to work with minimum supervision
in an unstable environment
