*DAI-ESP Water Resource Management Specialist *





The Environmental Services Program (ESP), a USAID project managed by DAI, is


recruiting *2 (two)* *Water Resource Management Specialists* to be based in


*Yogyakarta and Ambon*. The Water Resource Management Specialist works on


the Watershed Management and Biodiversity Conservation Team, focusing on raw


water resource conservation and rehabilitation.





The Water Resource Management Specialist works with ESP staff and partners


to develop Water Protection Zones, and works with PDAM and community


partners to compile and analyze technical parameters including hydrology,


geology, topography and land use.





*Qualifications: *





A university degree, on Geology/geological Engineering, and at least five


years professional experience on hydrology-hydrogeol ogy, water resources


survey and familiar with environmental management issues in Indonesia.


Demonstrated ability to work at all levels, from central to local


government, PDAMs and community organizations is important. Good


interpersonal and fluency in English, both written and spoken, desired.
