dear om ery.. mungkin akan banyak jawaban untuk menjawab pertanyaan mas ery nah klo menurut ku sich cocok saja hehehe. mungkin saya akan sedikit meluruskan maksud pertanyaan mas ery dari artikel yang saya kirim sebelumnya, secara gampang begini : indonesia punya utang ke USA and untuk mengembalikan utang tersebut indonesia gak perlu bayar utang itu langsung ke USA tapi pembayaran dilakukan dengan cara dana yang untuk membayar itu buat biaya kegiatan konservasi di Indonesia. skema pembiayaan tersebut memang mulai ramai di terapkan era pasca protokol kyoto ato lebih ramainya dibicarakan sebagai bentuk aplikasi dari REDD. nah skema seperti ini mulai banyak di terapkan oleh beberapa negara kreditor/maju pada negara2 berkembang termasuk indonesia. hal ini karena rata2 negara berkembang tidak mempunyai cukup dana untuk kegiatan pelestarian lingkungan. nah klo menurut gue sich gak ada yang salah kok dengan skema seperti ini.. karena tanpa bantuan dari negara maju sulit buat kita dapat menyelesaikan masalah lingkungan di negara kita ini . terutama dari sisi finacial nya jelas Indonesia belum mampu menyelesaikan masalah lingkungan nya sendiri..
