Kalau buat konservasi saja sampe ngutang dan ngutang berarti kebablasan lah ya.... tidak ada alasan sedikitpun yang membenarkan keperluan konservasi dengan biaya ngutang, coba dech..... atau mungkin bantuan hibah alias dana grant kali mas samsul...
