Hi Mike (and Sean) -- Since that email, we have released the Kepler Tagging module, which modifies and improves how ontologie are handled in Kepler, and provides a new user interface for working with semantic tags in Kepler. See the documentation on the Tagging module here:
https://kepler-project.org/users/documentation The pdf file describing tagging does not discuss how to add new ontologies -- I'm hoping Sean Riddle who wrote the tagging module can provide some guidance to us.
