Download the daily build mirror(July, 21th) from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily/current/saucy-server-amd64.iso, it completes installation normally and can dist_upgrades kernel to latest status(3.10.0-4). The installation issue is fixed, but exist call trace about ioatdma driver. see the attachment.
