I requested an install test with the latest Precise daily live which contains the Raring HWE stack. Feedback was a follows:
"Using the latest precise image from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/precise /daily-live/current/ The following two issues can’t be reproduced: 1. LP1177723 The installation fail on Romley 4S 2. LP1175978 [Ubuntu13.04]native EFI installation failed on SharkBay-ULT It can be successfully installed on these two platforms." Even though only the desktop flavor was available for the testing, from a kernel perspective, the kernel is the same for both desktop and server. So I'm closing this bug Fix Released for now against the kernel for Raring and Saucy.
